Chat360 is an in-house developed platform, independent of Meta and not affiliated with WhatsApp. It is designed for self-employed professionals and SMEs in Spain, evolves with every release and aims to be available in up to 30 languages. For WhatsApp it offers two connection modes, chosen according to each company's number and way of working.
The account stays registered on the main phone and is linked to WhatsApp for macOS or Windows as device :01, :02, :03 or :04. A connector installed on the computer syncs the messages, metadata and attachments available in the app with Chat360. Replies are sent through WhatsApp Desktop.
The number is registered and verified for the first time in Chat360 with the code received from WhatsApp. Our platform becomes the primary or “Master” device (:00): it receives, sends and stores messages and attachments directly, in real time and without relying on a customer computer.
The two modes have different requirements. With :0N, the linked computer must remain switched on and connected. With :00, Chat360 acts as the primary device and receives messages directly. If you already use a WhatsApp number, ask us which mode suits your case.
The company sets permissions, retention and deletion for its copy of messages and attachments. With :00, received messages stay in Chat360 even if the sender later deletes them; with :0N, retention depends on the connector's synchronisation.
Photos, videos, audio, documents, locations and other compatible attachments can accompany every conversation. Notes, templates, forms, surveys and catalogues adapt to the channel; when a feature has no native format, a web link can be used.
Chat360 organises cases so you can reply through the most suitable channel or coordinate several connected channels. For example, a request received via WhatsApp can continue by email when both are enabled: an N-input by N-output communication matrix.
The platform records dates, accounts, identifiers and metadata that the channel and device provide about senders, messages and attachments. The ultimate origin cannot always be determined, especially for forwarded messages or those with limited information.
Each sender can be linked to a record with history, owners, notes and commercial context. Orders, invoices, delivery notes, warranties and after-sales can be linked through integrations with the company's systems.
Select an area to see how its day-to-day work is organised.
An orderly inbox helps you prioritise, reply and keep the customer informed without starting from scratch in every conversation.
A conversation can be a sale, an incident, an internal request or a booking. Chat360 helps give it an owner, context and continuity.
Open each case to see an example and the benefit it brings. Channels and modules are activated according to each organisation's needs.
Example. Someone asks a question on WhatsApp after visiting the website. The sales rep sees the history, identifies the company, prepares the offer and notes when to get back in touch.
What it brings. Fewer forgotten opportunities and a relationship that any colleague can continue with the same context.
Example. A customer reports a fault and attaches photos. The case goes to support, its arrival time is recorded and the time to first response and to resolution is measured.
What it brings. Verifiable service commitments, fewer blind handovers and greater customer trust.
Example. A campaign leads to a form or a messaging channel. The enquiry arrives with its source identified, and the team can segment follow-up across the enabled channels, in line with the applicable permissions and consents.
What it brings. Better insight into campaigns and fewer messages that are repeated or disconnected from the commercial relationship.
Example. A supplier warns of a delay. Purchasing links it to the order and shares the update with the warehouse and administration without losing the original message.
What it brings. Fewer misunderstandings between departments and a useful history for resolving incidents.
Example. A customer asks about an invoice and sends proof of payment. The conversation and its attachments are linked to the contact and assigned to the person in administration who needs to reply.
What it brings. Fewer searches through scattered mailboxes and greater clarity about who is handling each matter.
Example. An employee requests onboarding documents or raises a question about holidays. HR receives the case, replies and keeps the follow-up in a space with appropriate permissions.
What it brings. More orderly support for employees and better protection of employment information.
Example. An office reports that a printer isn't working or requests maintenance. The request is classified, assigned to the right team and tracked until it is closed.
What it brings. Fewer lost requests and a workload that is visible to service managers.
Example. Management announces a change of working hours or a new procedure to a department. Questions and answers stay linked to the topic so that everyone consults the same version.
What it brings. Less information fragmented across personal chats and more consistent communication between employees.
Example. The company announces a service incident or a change to a delivery. The team uses the appropriate channel and keeps the replies within the history of each relationship.
What it brings. A consistent message and the ability to address the questions it raises, without losing context.
Example. A company receives sales, technical and administrative questions at a single point. Each enquiry is routed to the right department with its history and attachments.
What it brings. Customers don't need to guess whom to write to or repeat their problem when they are transferred.
Example. A supplier confirms a technical visit. The time, contact person and access instructions are shared; afterwards, the outcome and the next step are recorded.
What it brings. Fewer coordination calls and continuity between reception, host and the responsible team.
Example. A customer books a demo appointment, changes the date and asks for confirmation. The conversation keeps the agreed terms and can be connected to the calendar or booking system.
What it brings. Less back-and-forth, fewer coordination errors and a more convenient experience.
Example. Someone starts an enquiry from a form, a link or a QR code on the website. The team receives the context and continues the conversation through the enabled channel.
What it brings. Less drop-off at the digital touchpoint and continuity between the online visit and the human reply.
Chat360's core infrastructure — application, processing, database and current storage — is hosted in Spain. For objects and backups, the architecture provides for Cloudflare R2 with a European Union jurisdiction restriction when the service is linked. This lets you know where your information resides and define how it is protected.
Talk about security and dataChat360's main server is hosted in Clouding's Spanish data centre.
The core keeps data in Spain. The future linking of Cloudflare R2 for objects and backups will be configured with EU jurisdiction.
The platform provides access controls, traceability and tools to support compliance. Each company also defines its own legal bases, retention periods, contracts and internal processes.
A competitive offer in features and price, designed for volume to put enterprise-grade tools within reach of self-employed professionals and SMEs.

What is a business account? A mailbox or channel for a service or department to communicate with customers, suppliers and third parties. It is not a personal or named account. Processed messages, emails and chats have no limit on number and no Chat360 surcharge for network traffic; storage is contracted separately.
What is a user? A person or an AI agent that uses Chat360 as an operator to reply to, manage, process, administer, control or supervise messages, chats, emails and forms. It does not equal the number of employees in the company, nor the number of customers or suppliers. From level 2 upwards, the choice of plan depends mainly on the input and output channels; the user limit gives the team ample headroom.
Adjust each column and you'll see the monthly fee and one-off services separately. Amounts are “from” estimates; the final price is confirmed when you sign up.
Each AI agent takes up one user seat in the chosen level. Storage is required for data and attachments; the automatic backup service, if contracted, is billed separately. The comparator estimates standard Spanish VAT at 21%; the invoice will apply the appropriate tax treatment.
Total capacity for messages, attachments and backup space.
Replying, managing, organising or supervising, depending on configuration.
Server backup service; disk space charged separately.
Service for downloading the database from the application, subject to activation.
These services are billed separately, per hour or part thereof, and can be included in each comparator option.
Launch promotion. Promotional prices valid until December 2027 or while promotional sign-ups last. All amounts shown are “from” prices and exclude VAT. The activation of each channel and service is confirmed in the proposal.
AI tailored to you. Custom agents can use premium models from OpenAI, Anthropic or Google. Levels I–V indicate token consumption capacity; the model and its reasoning are agreed with the customer. Configuration, adaptation, training and the definition of rules or processes are not included. Connecting your own AI account via API is possible through a service priced on request.
Other costs. Travel expenses are quoted separately. Charges from external providers of channels, telephony or services contracted by the customer may apply; they are not part of Chat360's traffic fee.
Universal Canonical Router, integration of control, security or telecommunications systems, and coordination of multiple AIs. Designed and quoted per project, outside the standard level configurator.
Clarity, continuity and a better way to serve at every touchpoint.
For 4- and 5-star hotels, Chat360 Hospitality brings together communication with every guest before, during and after their stay. The PMS provides the context; the hotel keeps control of requests, services and replies across all its channels.
A guest registered in the hotel's property management system (PMS), with a validated check-in, can send messages by WhatsApp, email, a web form or the Hotel TV (IPTV) system to report something, request it, confirm it or book a service without having to identify themselves again: the system validates them as a genuine guest.
Room Service, Help Desk, Concierge or Spa become accessible in a simple, controlled and supervised way.
An active, validated guest can receive offers, promotions and marketing communications as text, a form, a survey, a letter or a menu of options. They can receive them and reply through the channel they prefer.
Orders and requests are processed in real time, with greater flexibility and efficiency for the hotel team.
Before checking in, the guest can receive proposals for hotel services and options so they can book them before arriving, without having to identify themselves again when the communication channel itself identifies and validates them.
After check-out, the guest can ask about matters relating to their stay, request an invoice, report lost property or make a new booking. The hotel keeps the context so it can reply without starting from scratch.
The hotel can send photos, videos, presentations, floor plans, maps and locations. It can also offer online digital check-in, access codes or WiFi network settings. In projects with integrated access systems, a digital key sent to the phone can let the guest enter the hotel, use the lift and access their room, after validation in the PMS or verification of their details with a digital Spanish ID card (DNI) or passport.
Rooms are incorporating more and more technology: lighting, motorised blinds and curtains, Hotel TV (IPTV) and background music. Chat360 Hospitality can put a virtual remote control on the guest's phone, with nothing to install and in their own language: arrive and take control.
A dedicated AI agent can translate messages from one language to another, and back again, in real time. The guest expresses themselves naturally and the team replies with the same context.
Chat360 Hospitality is a bespoke product: it adapts to each client and each project to meet their requirements and needs, with short development and delivery times. We have extensive experience in integration projects for 5-star hotels. Contact us for more details.
The specific features are defined according to the PMS, channels, IPTV, access systems and integrations available at each hotel.A dedicated, purpose-built version for projects that go beyond everyday business communication. It connects people, applications, equipment and processes in sectors where every event needs context, supervision and a coordinated response.
A common record for people, software and equipment.
Chat360 Pro connects messages from people, programs and equipment. It receives each event in real time, translates it into a common record and relates it to the available context. Its router is channel-agnostic: it accepts human and technical inputs and lets you choose one or several outputs, with supervision and traceability along the entire path.
Connectors, operating rules, AI agents and supervision levels defined for each customer.
Enquiries, incidents, requests and replies.
Alarms, faults, statuses and events sent by their connectors.
Service, alerts, escalations and shared follow-up.
API updates, automations and confirmations.
The specific connection is defined according to the model, the available interface and the scope of the Pro project.
Integration of the events and controls available on each device.
Software and equipment communicating from different operating systems.
Events, commands and statuses from domestic or industrial installations.
Compatible with alarm control units or panels using an IP communications protocol, IP video surveillance systems, access control systems, IP video door entry systems and VoIP / SIP systems from many manufacturers, including:
With all kinds of hardware using IP, SNMP and other communications protocols, connected directly over the local network or through cloud services.
Chat360 Pro lets you integrate two or more AIs at the same time ( via API, CLI, Desktop or Web using MCP Server / Client, Web MCP or direct ad hoc connections ) and have them coordinate with each other, supervise each other, assign roles, tasks and functions, make decisions by consensus or unanimity, share knowledge and capabilities, pass tools to one another, etc.
At operational level, they share out the handling of communication channels, manage replies and supervise processes and actions.
They carry out analysis, research, diagnosis, report writing or the review of events and incidents. Their conversations, proposals and decisions remain visible to the operator.
The value appears when you connect signals that used to remain separate.
An air-conditioning system reports a fault. Chat360 links it to the equipment, the property and the customer, and can start the call-out to the technician. When the person writes on WhatsApp, the operator already knows the error code, the time and the actions under way.
One person writes by email, another calls and a third uses a form. The router relates place, time and symptoms, gathers the evidence and shows a single shared incident. Agreement increases confidence; the team checks the facts before acting or reporting.
A sensor reports an alarm. The AI can classify it, cross-check it against other events and propose the protocol. The person in charge reviews the information, decides whom to notify and records each step and its outcome.
A telecommunications platform reports an outage. Chat360 groups the enquiries from those affected, updates the team and lets you reply by WhatsApp, email or phone. It can also return the incident status to the source system through an integration.
Tell us which systems, equipment and processes you want to connect; we'll define the scope of the integration with you.
